Bartenders, servers, cooks don't miss! Bartenders are knowledgeable about beer, food, ingredients. Servers are attentive and friendly and cooks put it down every single time. I have never had a bad experience here, I've been here when it's slow, I've been here when it's busy. Always on it.
We took my nephew and his girlfriend here in old town Louisville, and absolutely loved everything. My wife has the Santa Fe Salad, I had the Maui fish sandwich body were excellent. My nephew had the street tacos and his girlfriend had the another Mexican plate, both very good. Old town Louisville has a lot of great restaurants. Very nice place to visit.
Loved this place! Fun atmosphere, the outdoor area upstairs was so nice to enjoy a warm day with shades and plants everywhere. Great variety of food, definitely something for everyone! There were 5 of us and each got something different and all the dishes were delicious. Highly recommend!!
I've came to this spot a couple of times but we discovered this place and it's amazing all around. It has some really neat art and is based off of Johnny Cash. I absolutely love the decor! They have really friendly staff, food, and drinks. Amazing place.
I think everything on the menu is great! I bring out of town guests here all the time because of the selection. Drinks are tasty as well - my favorite is the cactus smoke marg. The rooftop deck is great for happy hour or dinners spring/summer/fall dinners.
The name and logo of our restaurant was inspired by Waterloo Records, an independent and underground record store in Austin founded by owner Josh Karp's father, Louis. Josh followed in his father's entrepreneurial footsteps by creating a neighborhood gathering place featuring great food, drinks and music, as well as extraordinary and personable customer service.
